Pascal was born and raised in the Chablis region where his family has owned a few vineyards for several generations. His passion for wine has followed him since his childhood until 2016 when he decided to market his own wine, pushed by his friend Patrick Piuze.

Fruit is sourced from the town of Beine and the wine is fermented in 100% stainless steal

Chablis L'Or aux Fées
Fruit is sources from two hillside vineyards located near the village of Beines. The wine is fermented in 80% Stainless Steal & 20% old oak.
Chablis 'Vallée Sébilon'This vineyard is located in the town of Beines. It’s a 28-year-old family vineyard worked by Pascal. The wine is fermented in 50% stainless steal & 50% in old oak.

Chablis 'L'Orée Délys'L’Orée Délys is a vineyard located in the commune of Milly. The vine were planted in 1938. This vineyard sits next to 1er cru Les Lys and faces north. The wine is fermented in 50% stainless steal & 50% in old oak.

Chablis 1er cru VaillonsFruit is sourced from the left bank of the town of Chablis in the Premier Cru vineyard of Vaillons. The wine is fermented in old oak.
